God's Servant

 Eli, the chief priest & prophet of the LORD failed in his family life. He could not correct his children amidst of continuous direct warning given to his children. Prophets warned Eli about the destruction of his family, God warned him directly & finally God warned through the young boy Samuel. Eli's son knowing all the iniquities & sin what they are committing still continued to do the same and received the wrath of God. Eli, the chief priest for the God of Israel was committed his life but not able to correct his family. He accepted with true facts instead of crying to the LORD, It is LORD, let Him do what seems good to Him. What an awesome statement and this statement comes only from the mature & true dedicated person to his committed his life to the Master. Today many being good servant of God failed to correct or rebuke your children or family activities bringing shame to the LORD.  Then the Man of God came to Eli and said to him, Thus says the LORD:  "Did I not clearly reveal myself to the house of your father when they were in Egypt in Pharaoh's house? Did I not choose him out of all the tribes of Israel to be My priest, to offer upon My altar, to burn incense, and to wear ephod before Me? And I did not give to the house of your father all the offerings of the children of Israel made by fire? Why do you kick at My sacrifice and My offering which I have commanded in My dwelling place, and honour your sons more than Me, to make yourselves fat with the best of all the offerings of Israel My people? Therefore the LORD God of Israel says, I said indeed that your house and the house of your father would walk before Me forever But now the LORD says, Far be it from Me; for those who honour Me I will honour, and those who despise Me shall be lightly esteemed Behold, the days are coming that I will cut off your arm and the arm of your father's house, so that

 Samuel as a boy was dedicated to the temple of the LORD, at Israel. Samuel was obedient to the Prophet Eli & was lying near the Lamb of the God. One day Samuel was called by the LORD and he had his first visions.  As Samuel grew and the LORD was with him and let none of his words fall to the ground. And all Israel from Dan to Beersheba knew that Samuel had been established as a prophet of the LORD. Then the LORD appeared again to Shiloh. For the LORD revealed himself to Samuel in Shiloh by the word of the LORD

Eli, the Prophet & Priest of God honored and blessed by the LORD to do the sacrifices & offerings to the LORD as religious works. Eli's two sons did not know the LORD and did sin against the LORD also was behaving very brutal towards the people those who come to offer their sacrifices.  Eli's son are corrupted, evil & wicked in the sight of the LORD What is Eli's reaction?  Eli did listened to all the wrong doings through many witness & God warned him about it but Eli did not rebuke or straightened the way of his children Eli as a person obeyed the LORD, but that obedience was not transforming the life of the children.  What good a man can do without influencing others. We have to transform other by our influences by showing them personally getting transform Eli's life was finally miserable & questionable without doubt they suffered a terrible death & terrible testimonies till now they carry.  Eli's family is not attractive or good example

Hannah prayed and said: My heart rejoices in the LORD; My horn is exalted in the LORD. I smile at my enemies, Because I rejoice in Your salvation No one is holy like the LORD, For there is none besides You, Nor is there any rock like our God. Talk no more so very proudly; Let no arrogance come from your mouth, For the LORD is the God of knowledge; And by Him actions are weighed What a great testimony & gratitude expressions from hannah. As hannah was a barren lady once humiliated by her relatives, society & felt embarrased as barren childless for many years, at the same time her husband's other wives bearing children and she was provoked by them for the inability But God listened and she honored LORD back by sacrificing her first late born only child to the LORD not with hardness or pain but with Heart rejoice & committed fully to the LORD DO we really be happy during our sacrifice to the LORD or try to empathise ourself and demand LORD of our works. A certain man of Ramathaim Zophim, of the mountain of Ephraim, and his name was Elkanah who was son Jeroham, the son of Elihu, the son of Tohu, the son of Zuph an ephraimate. This story is very inspiring for every women with broken heart. Elkanah married to Hannah & Peninnah. Penninah had children & Hannah had no children, she is broken because of being barren. Elkanah being devoted person, he went to place Shiloh to sacrifice before the LORD and offers double portion of the sacrifice for Hannah, as he loved her. This love makes Hannah more comfortable at the same time she is guilt & felt lone as she could not give her husband that honour child through her. Her rival also provoked her & made Hannah miserable as her womb is closed, there are few problems & challenges she need to pass through it. Let me list down for clear understanding Hannah’s womb is closed - > It’s her inability Hannah is loved by her husband more -> It’s her strength For Hannah, elkana

Bible asks us to be undefiled in our ways, those who are undefiled & uncorrupted will be Blessed by the Living God. God does loves us, but it doesn’t mean that we can walk as per our ways. Our ways are gathered based on experiences or we just follow our ancestors paths. It is always to realise & check ourselves is it pleasing God, is it defiled in any ways. The path of your family relationship, path of your friendship with the neighbours, path of your friendship with the office colleague, the path in your professional is it really pleases God or you trying to follow the someone paths & ways attracted by it. Bible says, whoever walk in the law of the Lord are undefiled & not corrupted. Psalms 119:1 “ Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD!

By same life and same thoughts which made us today, what good can come from that. No amount of goodness comes from daily regular routine which we scheduled. Your life changes when your thought changes.  Every Good can come from your changed thoughts. Bible says, " think what is noble, pure, worthy, genuine, honorable, note worthy."  Thoughts are very contagious, it's spreads in your life and people dependent to you and chokes all to death. If your thoughts are noble, it brings unconditional joy to all of us.  Bible changes your thoughts. Believe it.
